Remote Access

We provide free remote access to all staff and students with an Academy user account. You can use these services to access your email or work remotely from home or on the move. You will have full access to your email via Outlook Web Access (OWA) or you can login to your Academy user area using CC4 Anywhere. More information about how to access these services is available below.

Email

The Academy provides you with remote access to your email via OWA. You can access your email by clicking the link below:

When the login page appears you will need to enter your Academy username and password in the following format:

  • Username: username
  • Password: password

Remember to replace ‘username‘ and ‘password‘ with the username and password you use to login to the Academy network.

CC4 Anywhere

CC4 Anywhere provides you with remote access to your user area. Much of the software and networked drives you use on a regular basis are available so you can work from your home computer or laptop seamlessly.

We advise that you install antivirus software on your computer. If you are using Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, Microsoft provides a free antivirus package called Microsoft Security Essentials. If you are a Mac user, Sophos provides free antivirus software for home users. Both of these tools can be downloaded from the links below:

You will need to install the Citrix plugin for your Operating System (Windows or Mac) before you can use the service. These can be downloaded below:
